ANNUAL MEETING DAY ELECTION PROCESS
February 10, 2017
The Inspectors of Elections, appointed at the January 26, 2017
Board Meeting will begin registering proxies in the East Room from
3:00 PM until 3:45 PM
Members of the LPGN Association may observe this
through glass sliding doors without distracting the Inspectors
VOTING
THE EAST ROOM WILL OPEN TO VOTE FROM
4:00 PM until 6:00 PM
The inspectors of the check lists will register voters
No ballots will be accepted after 6:00 PM (firm)
THE INSPECTORS WILL COUNT REGISTERED VOTERS
AND PROXIES TO ESTABLISH A COUNT OF 68 OR MORE
THE INSPECTORS WILL THEN COMMENCE COUNTING
BALLOTS
THE ANNUAL MEETING WILL COME TO ORDER AT
7:00 PM
