LPGN does not show its age as it has been lovingly cared for by the 135 unit owners. Each year the gardens mature and become more beautiful. The population functions as a big family and many units are handed down from parents to children.
Our City is considered one of the safest in South Florida. A well run City makes this a good place to live and enjoy life. This is partly due to a newly installed camera system that captures all traffic in and out of the City on video tape. Security is important to us and because of our proximity to the Lighthouse Point Police and Fire/Rescue Departments we are assured of a fast response to a call for help. Our parking lots, walkways and gardens are well lit through the night.
