Dear LHP Neighbors and Friends, this influenza season is the worst health experts have seen in the last 10 years.
Early symptoms are chills, body aches, cough, fever and sometimes nausea.
This Flu is particularly serious in young children and the frail elderly.
May I suggest that you ask your doctor for a prescription medication of Tamiflu if you feel any of these symptoms. If taken by mouth it will help lessen the severity of your illness.
Also, is not too late to get your FLU SHOT!
