Our complex was built in 1967 on one of the last parcels of desirable land left in Lighthouse Point.

LPGN is located, as real estate people would say, “East of Federal” where it maintains an enhanced image because the City of Lighthouse Point is known for its small town atmosphere and big city amenities.

It’s a short stroll to the Venetian Isles Shopping Center where one can find places to eat, bank, food shop, post mail and enjoy a latte. City services are nearby, too. Lighthouse Point has its own Police and Fire/Rescue Departments. A Post Office and City Library are within walking distance. Houses of Worship are all around us and the nearness of North Broward Medical center makes us more secure in the knowledge that help is nearby in an emergency.

LPGN is conveniently located near the beaches, canals, Inter-coastal Waterway, I-95, A1A, US1, and the Florida Turnpike roadways.
